University Application & Guidance Program – 2026 Successfully Concluded

The University Application & Guidance Program – 2026, organized by UG Friends Kattankudy in collaboration with RiSE Sri Lanka, was successfully conducted with the participation of a large number of students aspiring to pursue higher education.

The program aimed to provide comprehensive guidance to students preparing for university admission and offered valuable insights into academic pathways and career opportunities available through higher education.

During the session, participants received a detailed understanding of university degree programmes, step-by-step guidance on the university application process, and advice on selecting suitable academic streams based on their interests and future career goals.

Students were also provided with practical support in completing university application forms, while university students shared their personal experiences and insights to help participants better understand university life and academic expectations.

Organisers stated that the initiative was designed to empower students with accurate information and confidence during the critical university application period.

The event concluded successfully with appreciation extended to the speakers, volunteers, and participants whose contributions helped make the programme meaningful and impactful.
